Does my child need to pay?
No. Students practise free.
Can my parent see my progress?
Yes, if you invite them. You choose to share. They see what you revised and how you scored, not your messages or anything else.
What does the parent plan add?
Any parent linked to their child can see their activity in their account at no cost. The parent plan adds a weekly report by email and "on track for grade" for GCSE subjects.
What does 'on track for grade' mean?
It compares your child's recent practice results with the target grade they set, subject by subject. It covers GCSE subjects for now. It is a guide from their practice, not a prediction of their exam result.
How much is the parent plan?
£9.99 a month per child, or £79 a year per child. The yearly price works out at about £6.58 a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
What subjects are included?
Every GCSE, A-Level, iGCSE and International A-Level subject we cover is free for students.
Is there a discount for schools?
Yes. School licensing is £2 per student per month. This includes full access for all students, Pupil Premium support, teacher dashboards and Ofsted reports. Contact schools@upgrades.app for multi-academy trust (MAT) arrangements.
How does school licensing work?

What is Pupil Premium silent access?
Schools can flag Pupil Premium students in their CSV upload or admin dashboard. These students get full access automatically, and nothing on screen shows their PP status. Schools can export Ofsted-ready PP impact reports showing engagement and outcomes.
What exam boards do you support?
We support AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and WJEC for GCSE and A-Level, plus Cambridge International and Edexcel International for iGCSE and International A-Level. Content is mapped to specific exam board specifications.
